Augusta High School graduates have a new scholarship opportunity courtesy of Community National Bank in Augusta. The student must attend Butler Community College after graduating from high school.
The scholarship’s inaugural recipient is Kylee Crump, 2021 Augusta graduate, who is currently majoring in health sciences at Butler Community College. Crump plans to transfer to Wichita State University to major in dental hygiene after her time at Butler.
“Community National Bank & Trust is pleased to partner with the Butler Community College Foundation and Butler Community College to provide this annual scholarship to a deserving senior at Augusta High School,” said Eric Grooms, president. “We wish this year’s recipient, Kylee Crump, nothing but success as she embarks upon her college education to become a dental hygienist.”
A representative from Community National Bank, the Butler Foundation, and Augusta High School, select the recipient of the scholarship.

The Community National Bank of Augusta Scholarship is Butler Community College Foundation’s 310th scholarship fund. The Foundation manages and distributes endowed and annual scholarship funds established by donors.
