Q: What originally brought you to Butler Community College?

A: I chose Butler over K-State because of a vocal music scholarship.

Q: Is there a faculty member, mentor, class, or experience at Butler that had a lasting impact on you?

A: The greatest experiences in and out of the classroom came from the friendships I made in the music department and performing with the Headliners. It was a truly formative and life-changing experience. Perhaps more importantly, I met my wife in the 700 building.

Q: What are you doing today, and how did your time at Butler help shape your path?

A: Today, I am a husband, father, and I have a great job as a videographer in the aviation industry. The life skills I learned at Butler have taken me so many places over the last 16 years and I am incredibly grateful for my experiences at Butler.

Q: What does being a Butler alum mean to you?

A: I am so proud to share with people that I am a Butler alumnus. I encourage my sons to look at Butler as a serious option for their education.
